All payments are to be sent via CASH APP ($AubriDillardSal) or PayPal (Aubricharnise@yahoo.com) and must be paid in FULL 14 - 21 days prior to service date (Weddings 60 days prior to event) depending on type of service needed.
Additional hours are $100 extra per hour.
Owner will provide chairs and tables based on terms of agreement as stated herein. Customer/Rental will be responsible for maintaining a professional atmosphere which aligns with the standard(s) of said A’s Occasions Venue, adhering to bathroom and cleanup at the end of each function. Cleaning services are available for a service fee of $200 per event unless otherwise stated, customers must adhere to the professional laws, ethics and codes of conduct which is governed by laws under the city and state of SELMA ALABAMA.
Customer/Renters are not permitted to sublease any rental space. Customer/Rental is responsible for any and all damage to the rental property and equipment caused by his/herself, customers and guests. Owners are not liable for any accidental or incidental damages or injuries occurred by rentees, customers, guests, acts of God etc. This agreement is enforceable under the laws and regulations of the state of ALABAMA Business and Rental Agreements. The responsible party is required to pay for ALL damages or stolen goods that may occur doing the use of the facility and by signing this agreement you do within full understanding in agreeing to all terms and conditions.
If alcohol is served at your event, you are responsible for your OWN security. Failure to provide PROOF of security before event will result in loss of access to building that is rented, with no refunds. In the event unpredictable delays or intreuptions occur which maybe in resean of the owner, owners are obligated to make equitable and/or accommodations and/or transfer (change) of location and /or transfer of date. There are NO refunds on services, deposits, payments or consultations. The official ontract must be signed and dated before any services are due.
